Hermes Agent安装教程：从零到一完整指南
即使从来没有用过小龙虾或类似Agent的朋友，按照这个步骤也可以完成安装。
一、准备工作
需要3种资源

1. 云服务器
选择 2核4G 配置，应用镜像选 OpenClaw（Hermes底层依赖与OpenClaw接近）。
2. 大模型API Key
以小米 MiMo 为例：
- 访问 https://platform.xiaomimimo.com/#/console/api-keys
- 点击「新建 API Key」
- 命名并保存（只展示一次）
3. 飞书机器人配置
- 访问 https://open.feishu.cn/
- 创建企业应用
- 添加机器人能力
- 保存 AppId 和 AppSecret
- 批量导入权限
权限列表：
- im:message:readonly
- im:message:send_as_bot
- im:chat:read
- docx:document:readonly
- calendar📆read
- 等...
二、一键安装
Step 1：登录服务器
阿里云控制台 → 远程登录 → 一键登录（admin用户）
Step 2：执行安装命令

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent/main/scripts/install.sh | bash等待约2分钟完成安装。
Step 3：配置向导
- 是否从OpenClaw迁移：输入
n - 选择 Quick setup
- 选择大模型供应商（国内选 Other Provider）
- 输入 API URL（如
https://api.xiaomimimo.com/v1） - 输入 API Key（不显示，直接回车确认）
- 选择模型（推荐 mimo-v2-omni）
Step 4：配置聊天软件
如果第一次没有飞书选项，按 Ctrl+C 退出后执行：
bash
hermes gateway setup选择飞书 → 粘贴 AppId 和 AppSecret → 一路回车。
Step 5：启动服务
bash
hermes gateway install
hermes gateway start
hermes gateway status看到绿色 running 即成功。
三、飞书事件回调配置
1. 事件配置
- 选择长连接方式
- 添加事件：
im.message.receive_v1
2. 回调配置
- 选择长连接
- 添加回调：卡片回传交互
3. 发布应用
填写版本号，完成发布。
四、常用命令

五、从OpenClaw迁移
如果之前使用 OpenClaw：

hermes claw migrate输入 Y 确认开始迁移。
注意：定时任务无法直接迁移，需要单独重新设置。
